Brookshine School’s boarding experience is more than just providing a place to sleep and study. It is because of this that we have designed our boarding program to provide students with a unique opportunity to develop essential life skills that will prepare them for success in college, career, and beyond.

Through our boarding program, students can develop independence, responsibility and self-discipline. Living away from home requires students to learn how to manage their time, prioritise their duties and make decisions for themselves. Our experienced residential mentors are always at hand to provide guidance and support that can help students develop these skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

In addition, our boarding program provides opportunities for students to develop leadership skills, teamwork and cultural competence. Our Boarding houses are intentionally designed to bring together students from diverse backgrounds and cultures, encouraging them to learn from each other and develop a broader perspective of the world.

We also offer a range of extracurricular activities and service opportunities that enable students to develop their passions and interests while also giving back to the community. From music and theatre to athletics and community service, our Boarding students have access to many opportunities that help them develop their skills, interests and character.
